Interview
Was very simple. Applied online, has a brief phone call with principal. Met a few days later with administrators. Process and follow up was quite simple. Nothing to worry about on my end.
Interview was easy, professional, and the school administrators were very supportive and kind. Interview took about 30 minutes. They kindly accepted my request to reschedule the interview. Described the roles and responsibilities of the position in details and confirmed if I am comfortable.

Tell about yourself. Teaching philosophy, classroom management questions. What is your area of improvement and how are you working on it?
Entered from the front office, taken to Head of School's office. Very professional and high emphasis on employee growth opportunities in addition to my translatable skills. I was referred to the HoS by a family friend and was interviewed within 2 weeks of the referral, job offer extended within 2 weeks of the interview.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. There was a phone call from a person who worked at the head office. Then there was a short interview with the curriculum coordinator at the DC school.
