Interview
The interview process consisted of myself meeting with the manager of the department hiring and a manager of another department in lieu of the HR Director who was out of the office that day. The interview was dairly easy and there were no situational questions asked. The two managers also talked a lot amongst themselves personally and it all seemed to be about whether they like my personality. Very easy interview experience. I was pretty much able to guide the interview.

Interview
Process was very long and drug out. Questions about experience and knowledge weren't really asked or verified. Training on the job was not an option due to the people currently running the trucks were being replaced due to lack of knowledge. Not very specific on what hours would be worked our starting pay would be.
