Interview
There was an easy aptitude test on the comuter which was graded on the spot. If you pass you get a 1 on 1 interview for about 10 minutes. If you pass that you get a second interview with 3 people. it last for about an hour. After that they will make their final determination.

Interview
Very in depth interview with insightful questions about values as well as technical questions about previous experience. They may ask you about PPE you are familiar with and what types of toxic chemicals/solvents you have worked with in the past. It was a very long interview so do not go in unprepared to pay attention. Some of the questions concerning values are very lengthy and require your full attention to answer fully.
