I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BASF
Interview
Pretty standard process. Got an email from HR setting up and phone conversation, which then resulted in another phone interview with HR manager, and finally being flown out the headquarters to interview with 6 people. Did not hear back on the job for several months, continued to follow up and was told it was still in the running. Finally decided to go with someone else for the position.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience, qualifications and how you are a good fit for this role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at BASF (Houston, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
I had one screen call and it took about 1 month for that to happen after application submission. After the call, I was completely ghosted. I was a referral, but it didn't matter. I was overqualified for the position, and I knew that, but a follow up communication would be nice.
