One over the phone interview and was hired. Interview was very easy and was hired within two weeks! It varies based on hiring manager though. Just be calm and you will do great!

Phone call to set up interview time. Interview lasted 15 minutes. Long process after that to get the offer letter, maybe 3 weeks. Interviewed in front of large group, but did not feel nervous. Most of the people in the company are much older.
