Panel interview with various scenario questions. Provided opportunity to discuss career growth opportunities within the company. Hiring process was very efficient if you have a security clearance and a billet that needed to be filled.

Straight forward, this is a company with a long standing reputation. Be prepared to discuss your relevant experience and be confident in your answers and delivery and you’ll do well.

I first received a phone screening that was brief and I'm sure just to make sure I wasn't a random, unqualified person and could speak the intel language...then shortly after, a full, one on one phone interview...I was out of area at the time, so no in-person interview was necessary
