Simple behavioral interview as well as understanding of benefits and other job roles. Focus on if I would be interested in the type of work they do. Included location information as well as how their business works
Applied online. Had a call with the recruiter and set up an interview. I interviewed a couple of weeks later with the hiring manager, principal systems engineer, and Sr. systems engineer. I heard back the following week.

Interview
The hiring manager directly contacted me to get an in person interview with the team. While the interview process was only 2 rounds, one HR interview and one on campus interview, it took over 2 months to wait for the HR department to set up the interviews and hear back.

They spent most of their time asking about the contents of my resume and scraping through each line of it.

Talked with an onsite manager at the Warren michigan facility and then looked at the Bradley fighting vehicle. The whole process took about an hour and half was tslking in the conference room and half at the vehicle
