Interview
Inteview with hiring manager over phone was brief and straight to the point. Was as technical as any tech support job should be asking questions in reference to tools and situations.
Panel Interview was more technical, asking about fixing PC problems, Communication (network) interruptions resolution, previous experience with systems and difficult situations.

Name a difficult situation at your current/previous position. And how did you handle it.
This interview was informative and the interviewer was knowledgeable about the company and position. I was asked good questions and felt I was treated fairly. It was an easy process.
