Interview
Very casual interview with a lot of discussion about the job duties and what is required. The group that interviewed me only asked one textbook interview question and the rest of the interview was just seeing if I was interested in the position. There was a senior manager, my direct supervisor, and an HR manager present in the interview (standard practice). I was expecting the interview to be an intimidating one, but it turned out to be very laid back and low pressure.

How does your prior experience relate to this position?
30 min phone interview, then brought in a month later. 5 or 6 short interviews with different people. Had to give brief presentation to small group. Plant tour. Decent people and nice facility.

Interview
Written application process fairly standard and online. This was followed up by a formal interview with hiring manager and HR. No specific issues and generally very well run. Only issue was organsing the interview at the time of a facility fire alarm test!

Interview
Interview was by my manager and two other senior engineers, the questions were standard for an interviewing process. I was asked to present a presentation at the end and answer questions to the best of my ability. Generally was a positive experience.
