Not so great, typical questions(tell me about yourself). Each interviewer will interview 30 minutes. It seems they already have someone with good connections, but they just do informal interviews to look like they are doing the right betting procedures.

Tell us any good idea that I used to solve a problem
Very unprofessional. The HR scheduled a phone screening and never called. When I followed up the two HR were fighting over whose responsibility it was to make the call. Neither apologized for making me wait for an hour. During a rescheduled call I was told I'll be moved forward, however, immediately after the call I got a follow up saying they already selected a candidate. It seemed like thanks to the HR I was never given a proper chance to be considered.
