Gamified Assessment, then interviews.
Interview consisted of 6 competency questions as well as 3 technical questions.
Competency questions revolved around each of their values, if you have an experience that ties into two or more values say it!
Technical questions revolve around what part of the industry you are applying for. If it's maritime, be prepared to answer questions like what is the process of implementing software on a submarine, very general questions like this.

All round a bit unprofessional. Took 2 weeks to receive the offer.

it was a hireview interview, with you recording into some answers to questions, then a leetcode style question (about medium in difficulty) which is fine, finished with some brain training games which was weird but was fine, automated soft rejection a few days later due to mass applicants and was told to keep applying so assuming there was a lot of applicants for the role

Was rather unprofessional. i was rather dissapointed with how they spoke to me, how they asked questions. they seemed like they didnt really put much effort into the interview an were rather lazy.
