Very professional. The interviews themselves were a good mix of getting to know you and understanding your level of expertise. The whole process did take an awful long time akin to one of the big consultancies.
You will generally get two interviews. First a get to know you followed by a more in depth interview checking your skills. You may have to prepare and deliver a presentation on a previous project to test your communication skills.
