Application
I applied online. I interviewed at BAE Systems (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
3 stage interview process. First is a pre-recorded video interview where it involves live coding a problem. Second is an online interview which is more competency based. Third, is the final stage where you are interviewed by seniors, in a video call interview, to explain your thought process from the coding exercise and to do a technical presentation on a project you had completed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you explain your project code and demonstrate how it works?
Medium level leetcode style question during the OA. Your solution then had to be explained during the interview.
All round a bit unprofessional. Took 2 weeks to receive the offer.

Interview
it was a hireview interview, with you recording into some answers to questions, then a leetcode style question (about medium in difficulty) which is fine, finished with some brain training games which was weird but was fine, automated soft rejection a few days later due to mass applicants and was told to keep applying so assuming there was a lot of applicants for the role
