I went through a lengthy interview process, including multiple rounds and a site visit. During the process, I was told I was the top candidate and was strongly encouraged to turn down another offer, which I unfortunately did (trusting their word). After that, communication dragged on with vague delays, and in the end, they gave the role to someone with an internal referral, without any transparent closure.
This company misleads candidates with false hope, wastes your time, and has zero professionalism. They dragged me through a fake hiring process just to fill a quota or keep a backup warm.
If you’re job hunting, do yourself a favour and don’t fall for their false promises. Until you have a written offer in hand, assume nothing. They don’t follow any industry standard, they don’t respect your time, and they certainly don’t care about the consequences of their words.
Also, for anyone preparing: don’t bother using real project management terms or frameworks. None of them seemed to understand basic terminology, tools, or charts. If you speak like a real PM, you’ll probably confuse them. Answer everything in simple, laymen language, else be prepared to repeat yourself over and over again.
