B. Riley Financial Intern interview questions

The interview process was not too difficult. Took 1 HR screen and 3 interviews with analyst, associate, and Managing director. Pretty basic interview process nothing too complicated definitely easier than bulge bracket and boutique bank interviews

This process was simple and straightforward, 2 rounds. First was a basic HR screen, then the 2nd round was 2 back to back 30 minute interview with members of the group.
