extremely lengthy, spoke to multiple people at B.E. Smith, took to long to get back with me or never got back to me. This is a recruiting agency looking for individuals to fill openings for other companies. I spoke to the original recruiter about a position they were filling for an organization they were working with, then was asked to set up a time and date for the actual recruiter who was working with the hiring organization The day of the phone interview with this recruiter, she calls and states she had another meeting to attend and would have to reschedule. 10 days have gone by and not a word back from this organization. I question what are the priorities of this organization. I would not recommend using this organization, unless you are okay with them never getting back to you and wasting your time.
