Short, quick. More of a briefing and description of work standards, procedures and what to expect when working. Helpful when engaging with customers and the general public. Prior experience was helpful but not essential, which was made clear before hand.

Super quick interview, just asked me to speak a bit about myslf and my experience. Then went on to explain the restaurant and the role, assistant manager took the interview and she was super kind and welcoming.
