I had a phone call with HR, then second round was a zoom meeting with two of the upper employees (one team lead and one scientist). I gave a short presentation which included my understanding of NGS.

You should be prepared for a mildly technical interview, knowing the basics of next generation sequencing and gene synthesis as services when you go in. You should know what kind of customers would be interested. You should also prepare to discuss your personal sales process.
