They randomly call you after you've submitted an application. During the interview they just ask about object oriented programming, but the person doing the phone interview had little to no technical knowledge.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy. The questions were mostly related to the project I had in my resume. Many behavioral questions like how did you handle this or that in your previous work or how will you handle this in the future

There was an initial phone screening asking about experience/projects on your resume. The technical interview was pretty straightforward and easy, but one of the questions were confusing (not leetcode style and vague) even after asking for clarification on multiple points
