Two step interview process with initial screening and resume review and behavioral/technical with more standard behavioral questions and OOP related questions and coding example. Also asked some language specific questions about JS and Java.

There were two round interviews. 2 weeks after I submitted the application online, HR reached out to me. First round was a phone interview, about 20 minutes, some simple behavior questions. The second day, I attend an on-site interview. This was a technical interview.

Interview
A brief phone assessment as to why you want to work for Ayoka, your strengths and weaknesses. Second round was an in person interview with basic OOPS questions along with some examples based on the concepts, database concepts and JavaScript based questions. You can also expect behavioral questions.
