Good communication process. Easy to apply. Friendly Interviewer. Nice Environment. Asked expected questions. required the right amount of experience. Overall OK score. Enjoyed the process. Not a super large company. Seems like a good place to work, with good benefits.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ayco Farms in Jan 2013

not too long, the hiring process just take few weeks. HR department is the owner. they can take the decision same day. you can follow your interview by phone or email
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ayco Farms (Pompano Beach, FL) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was interviewed by phone and then in person. I presented my portfolio and myself, and I was asked several industry and non industry related questions. I was also placed in multiple scenarios and asked how I would respond in each one. The interview really helped me understand what the company was looking for in the ideal candidate which allowed me to see if this position was a good fit for me.
