I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare in Nov 2022
Interview
There was a long gap between interviews. I interviewed with a lot of different people, but felt like I was ghosted or didn't get the position. I wasn't offered the position until I told them I had another offer and wanted to close the loop in communication.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare in Aug 2023
Interview
Interview process was fair and well-coordinated. I received an email about the role and then a PI assessment. I received a phone screening and then moved to the next round. I had a total of 3 rounds of interviews. My recruiter, Taylor, was very transparent and communicated throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that detail..

Question 1
Describe your experience as it relates to the role?
A recruited contacted me via email to setup a phone interview. She stated that she viewed my resume and PI results and was interested in talking further, so we set up a time the following week to chat and she told me to expect a call from her then. I made sure to clear my schedule and spent time preparing for the interview as I'm very interested in the position. When the time came for the interview, I never received a call. I tried calling her and left a voicemail as well as sending an email asking if we could set up a different time. It's now been about a month and I have not heard anything. She completely "ghosted" me which was really disappointing. There isn't a good way to contact anyone through Aya's site. I filled out a form a week ago letting them know the situation and asking for assistance and I still haven't heard anything. I'm really disappointed because I was really excited about learning more about the position.
