I applied online and was contacted within a few days. I had a phone interview with my recruiter, then was asked to come in for an interview the following week. The interview process was speedy and completed my three interviews in two days. After checking my references, I was offered the position. Overall, the process took a little over one week.

Straightforward, fun, open - appreciated the deep dive into my PI in order to find a perfect role for my skill level and personality traits. Management was clear on answering the questions I had about role specific questions and was helpful in giving me a look into company ethics.

Interview
The interview process was one of the best interview processes I have gone through. Although I met with three people, it was great to see that the company was invested in making sure I was a good fit. I felt like I got a good idea of the company's values throughout the interview process and felt very prepared when I accepted the job and came on full time with Aya.
