We appreciate your feedback about your interview experience. During an initial discussion on LinkedIn, our corporate recruiting team is typically figuring out which role a candidate would be a good fit for. If things progress and a candidate takes our assessment, the recruiter then discusses a salary estimate before the formal interview process starts for a specific job. While we do our best to be as transparent as possible, we wouldn't want to provide a salary estimate for a role until we figure out where the candidate fits best within the organization.
