I applied online. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare in Mar 2017
Interview
I took a PI assessment, which was very straight forward and quick. I received an email for a phone interview within a few days. The phone interview went very well, but towards the last 5 minutes of the 30 minute introductory interview, the recruiter told me that this position had already been filled. I had answered all the questions associated with this position so I was confused with why she still interviewed me for a role that was no longer available. After she let me know this information (which I believe she should have led with), she asked if I would be interested in any other positions. I said yes because I had read/heard great things about working at Aya. She told me she would be in contact and would be forwarding my information to the different departments she thought I would be a good fit for. After a few weeks, I reached out to her in an email asking for an update on my application but received no response. I then called and left a voicemail a few days later. Again, no response.
I was really excited to interview at Aya, but after this experience I felt disappointed with the way the recruiter unprofessionally handled the whole process.

Interview
I applied online and received a call the following week, on a Friday, from a recruiter. Our call went great (so I thought) and he let me know he will be moving forward with a second interview and will schedule me with that team's hiring manager. On the phone he was pulling up that person's schedule to add me in but said the person has PTO for the next few weeks. He said this is most likely an error but will reach out to me the next week once he gets that cleared up. Come Monday morning I received a generic email saying while they think my experience is great they will not be moving forward but wish me luck. Given that my interview was at 10:30AM on Friday and I received this email at 10AM on Monday I know he did not do anything but waste my time. While this company has outstanding reviews there are also plenty of other who have similar experiences. This may sound like I am bitter about not getting the job but it is more so the principle of wasting someone's time and going back on what you say. The more appropriate response during our call would have been to say they will review and get back to me NOT that you are scheduling an interview but not sure when because of a schedule error which I am sure was a lie. I encourage leadership to review their hiring processes and what their recruiters should/should not say.

Interview
I received an email from a recruiter who wanted to set up a time to chat on the phone. I never received the phone call from the recruiter. He didn’t reach out to me until the end of the day and we rescheduled for the following week. That day comes and he never calls me.
The recruiter was highly unprofessional and steered me away from even wanting the position.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
One phone interview with a recruiter, in person interview with a recruiter, then immediately after that, an interview with two managers of the department. I didnt make it past that, but apparently it would have been another interview with the directors of the department. I enjoyed my interviews. The recruiter focused on a job I had a few jobs ago so that threw me off but overall it was a normal interview experience.
