You are correct that for many of our open positions, we do have candidates go through multiple interviews. This is because many qualified applicants express their interest in working for Aya Healthcare and we want to ensure we always hire the best person for the job. We believe that it is better for everyone in the long run if our interview process is thorough. We do not believe that a comprehensive interview process indicates a bureaucracy that stymies progress. In fact, we could never have doubled in size each year the last two years if we moved through too much red-tape.Our philosophy is action oriented. We gratefully receive ideas from employees at all levels of our organization and when we hear a good one we implement it quickly.
