I’d like to share some honest feedback regarding my recent interview experience for the QA role at Axxonet .
Before attending the interview, I had clearly communicated—both over call and via email—that my expected CTC is (X) LPA or above, and I had asked for confirmation to ensure that this aligned with your budget. I even reconfirmed it multiple times to avoid wasting anyone’s time or effort. Based on the assurance I received, I took the time and effort to attend the in-person interview.
The interview process included an aptitude round, two technical rounds, and an HR discussion. I reiterated my expectations even there and was told results would be shared by 3rd July.
However, after following up multiple times, I was informed only on 5th July that the process could not proceed due to budget constraints. Frankly, this was disappointing and could have been avoided if the budget had been transparently discussed and respected from the beginning.
I hope you can understand the time, effort, and cost involved in attending an in-person interview, especially when expectations were already aligned beforehand. I’m sharing this feedback constructively, in the hope that future candidates don’t face a similar experience.
I understand this might just be my personal view, and you may or may not take it into account—but I felt it was important to share.
