The company came on campus, and 240 students had registered. The entire interview process was conducted in one day. The first round was a speed math and general aptitude test with three sections: The first section consisted of MCQs about personality, background, and trading experience. It was simple, but there were 25 questions to be completed in 5 minutes. The second section was a speed math test with 36 questions to solve in 6 minutes. The third section covered aptitude, quantitative reasoning, pattern recognition, and logical reasoning, with 25 questions to be completed in 20 minutes. This round had negative marking. After this round, only 21 students were selected for the trading activity. They were divided into three groups, and from each group, the student with the highest P&L was selected. The three shortlisted students were then called to the company's office for interviews. However, in the end, the company did not select any of them.
