1) Asked me to memorize 16 16-digit number and then asked in b/w of the interview
2) Logical brain teasers question
3) Speed maths(multiplications, squares,cubes,etc)
The interview for the trade role at Axxela was brief, lasting around 10 minutes. It focused mainly on basic questions about my background, understanding of financial markets, and general awareness. The interviewers were polite and assessed communication skills, confidence, and clarity of thought rather than deep technical knowledge.

Difficult but great process. Maths was tested. A bit of markets was tested as well. Mainly it was about how much comfort one has with numbers. Overall experience was great. One of the rounds even had a trading simulation
