I was approached by Axway directly for the role. I spend 5+ hours in total in 6 interview. They never got back to me with any feedback on the end despite me having the final interview with their Chief People Officer. This is highly disappointing and humiliating given the amount of time and effort invested in the process. Despite chasing various people for an update I met in the process I never received a reply, this should be a serious process not something akin to tinder ghosting! I interviewed with both Axway staff, as well as SBS.
Do better as a HR department and treat people who you approach for your roles better. This is simple stuff and underlines problems within the HR department (at the very least).
Anyone interviewing here be aware that you may have a similar experience to me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General questions about background and areas I focused recruiting across. Seemed very uncoordinated with other people I met as I had to repeat a lot what was already asked previously.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Axway
Interview
