Preliminary phone interview, then a series of Wonderlic tests to be completed before going to an in-person interview; the last part of the Wonderlic test in-person before interviews with two managers (each individually); final follow-up phone interview a week later

The interview process began with an initial phone screening where the recruiter explained the program structure, expectations, and pay range. After that, I completed two assessments, one behavioral and one cognitive. I was then invited to two rounds of panel interviews with different teams.
