No structure - just a few questions about myself. The CEO interviewed and insisted on me coming in for the interview. He was very nice and made comments how could I'd fit into the company but was clear mu salary expectations could be a challenge. We agreed to speak the week after but he did not come back, despite me sending follow up emails. Very unprofessional
After two interviews they never got back with an update on the process, even after sending them emails. Very unprofessional company that did not respect the time put into the recruitment at all.

Just to describe myself, the interview was not organized at all.

Interview
The man interviewing seemed unprepared with no real questions apart from tell me about yourself. He described the role and what my duties would be. At the end he said he'd contact me about an follow up interview but never got back to me.
