Interview
Did four rounds of interviews. Everyone I met with was amazing and so nice, seem like amazing people to work with. They all have been there for years, which is a sign of a great company and environment. As for interviews: first one was a phone call with the recruiter, second was a zoom with RSD, third was in person with ASM and RSD, final round was in person with ASM and AVP. Very nice people. Had to do a clinical presentation on one of their white pages in the third round, seems intimidating but just practice and make sure you ask them questions like you would to a surgeon/provider. They ended up going with the other candidate due to them having prior clinical experience. My advice to leadership is you guys are awesome and I am bummed I didn't get it, but if previous clinical experience was going to be the deciciding factor in who you chose and knowing I didn't have that, next time give me the boot earlier so I don't get my hopes up LOL

Lots of questions on ability to be coached. How you deal with something you don't agree with. Tell me a time you handled a difficult deal. Standard sales questions.

Interview
Dragged the process across weeks with five different interviewers only for them to decide the position I was applying for was terminated.
Company is not serious about candidates' times and effort put into these interviews. Also, they underpay for same roles by slightly changing the titles of different positions hoping no one would notice.
Interviewers had zero charisma or ability to engage.
