Phone interview we have to introduce ourselves and previous experiences,basic knowledge of this field,our achievements ,if any carear gap we have to explain about that also...need vehicle lisence etc after that we me have direct interview with branch head and also one more interview with circle head of our company

First of all they ask about me and my family, why you want to chnage job, ask questions about my experience, and talk about what is your future goals, then we talk about my job role there, explain me max life job role etc
