There was an over the phone screening interview and then there was an in-person interview.
Then you provide your references and certificates and get started on the criminal record and MCFD history checks.

Question 1
One question was "Have you ever been in a situation where someone you were working with got aggressive with you? How did you handle it?"
They also gave a scenario where the youth was getting aggressive with you and then asked you how you would handle it.
