I had two rounds of interviews and the first was with the hiring manager. The second was with a colleague, HR, and someone from an adjacent team. The interviewers on the second round were unprepared. I heard from the HR person that I was no longer being considered, followed up with the hiring manager, and was told that nobody had been eliminated yet. I never heard back after that.
