Fairly straightforward with questions required for the role. It was mostly profile oriented and interviewer did not waste anytime in getting to it. There were two rounds of interviews spaced within span of 3 weeks
Over the phone through basic questions about the credit operation and about pre disbursement and post disbursement compliance. About the portfolio management TAT maintanance etc .... Simply they are expecting the people ready to work with pressure and handle the pressure

2 rounds of interview - Product mgmt questions and HR round. Prepare strategy questions and guesstimate questions as well. Information regarding your industry, RBI etc, is a definite advantage. HR round was fairly okay as Product mgmt round is the more important and difficult one,
