first there was an aptitude test conducted at our campus mostly easy question related to personality, sales basic English after qualifying the test there is a personal interview round conducted at their head office. there were around 30-40 students from various colleges. Question were asked to me about myself, the profile I am applying for, how to get new customers, on internship, sales, family members etc. It was for about 15 mins

Start with a formal communication which includes question about family background and there occupation . Ask about your earlier experiences , and projects you handel . Used to ask questions to understand your communication skills and way of replying
. One must answer the qiestions smartly. For recruitment there is an online test process .

2 rounds only. They judge you quickly. But the total hiring process was lengthy. It took 2 months. The interviewer was zonal head & very friendly & professional. He helped you to stay at ease & answer.
