Axios Medical Equipment interview questions

I interviewed in October of 2024. It was a simple process. After an initial phone screening, I was asked to interview in person, which I thought went quite well. I genuinely enjoyed speaking with everyone I met. After a week, they informed me they were still making decisions but would let me know in the next few days. At this point, it has been almost a month since our last point of contact. Although I found the actual interview process pleasant, I think that ghosting candidates, especially when telling them you will keep them updated, is quite unprofessional and not a great reflection of the company.
