One on one interview with a review of my portfolio and questions about my UX/UI design for an app that I am working on. The interviewer was very honest in her assessment, generous in her feedback of my work and straightforward about what they were looking for at Axiom Zen - someone with more experience. However, the interviewer provided lots of great career advice and encouragement. Overall, a positive, fair and constructive interview despite not getting the job! I would definitely think about applying for the company again in the future.
