3 rounds, phone screen, mock call, manager interview (final round). Overall, it was not that bad of an interview process they take things super seriously, but I felt very prepared during the entire process. They gave me a lot of prep for the mock call so it was very doable.

Question 1
What’s the difference between an average BDR and a great BDR?
Three rounds
1) behavioral / screening - more about the BDR role as a whole
2) case study & behavioral - with two BDR managers, typical behavioral
3) final behavioral - with two account executives in separate interviews as a final behavioral check for good fit

Interview
Straight forward its 3 rounds: screening, cold call scenario interview, and a final interview with 3ish people for 30 mins a piece. The screening is very easy and ramps up from there, but the overall process is relatively easy and straightforward.
