Axiall interview questions

The interviewers asked mostly character based questions trying to understand my personality to determine if I would be a good fit for their plant. They are looking for driven people who do sit around waiting for projects and jobs. They seek those who seek issues and find solutions.

Had a phone interview with HR and then a week later had an on-site interview with HR followed by an interview with two senior engineers and a plant tour. Very friendly people, great interview, very relaxed.
