Interviewing at Axero was a good reflection on their company culture - thorough, down-to-earth, authentic, and passionate about what they do. There were three interviews with their leadership team, a project that involved a presentation, then one more interview, then references and possibly the Predictive Index test, but I didn't make it that far. Great company from what I could see.
