Interview
Two rounds, the first was more formal with manager level employees and the second was less formal with the director of the department. Basic questions asked about resume, experiences, etc.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Axalta in Nov 2017
Interview
A video interview with a panel of usually to engineers/ management and an HR rep. They each take turns to ask you a set of behavioral questions. It was a tense free environment and the interview was more geared towards a conversation.
