The interviewer describes the platform and the benefits, then you are asked about yourself, your preferred software to use, and your work experience, Also you will have to tell them your expected salary
The process was very clear, intuitive and aligned with the tasks. They sent me some tasks to work with and present them a proposal. I currently work with them for about a year

Interview
I got to the last instance, after 3 long interviews and when they told me they were going to send me the contract, they didn't answer me anymore. They made me work a whole weekend for a design test for which they only paid me 50 USD. And after not answering me anymore, 10 days later they told me that they decided on someone else. They are a disgrace.
