I had the chance to interview here a couple of years ago. They were interviewing current students for a co-op internship. The manager who scheduled the interview with me went home for the day, and so I was interview by two kids who clearly didn't know what they were doing.
They were incredibly rude, joked with eachother throughout the interview process wearing t-shirts and jeans, and made it clear they didn't care. Upon getting unsatisfactory answers to their list of interview questions from the 80's, they'd literally shake their heads in disappointment. Totally unacceptable behaviour.
During the written technical interview, they gabbed loudly about the latest Call of Duty video game and were very distracting.
Leaving, I decided that regardless of their decision or the future, they were not the kind of company worth wasting my time with. All students who interviewed with them had the exact same experience. Even an industry veteran who had interviewed years before had the exact same experience.
Steer CLEAR of Awarebase.
