Avvio Software Engineer interview questions

After an initial phone interview with some developers, I was brought in in person to meet with some more of the development team. There was a short series of technical questions, followed by a written test on basic object oriented and php programming principals. This was all done on paper, and covered some of the basic traps and gotchas there are in PHP.
