There were four steps in the interview process: - initial screening call eith HR - technical call with one of the engineers - small project to do at home - onsite interview (priject discussion, meeting team members, etc.) - the offer follewed shortly afterwards Everyone was really nice throughout the entire process and the HR department was very helpful and communicative.

Recruiter call to explain role company etc, then Hiring manager from company for detailed interview on background, motivation, explain about their company role etc. next call with CTO and a developer for 1 hr. Consultant was giving more guidance to me on what to ask , how to show passion toward the company and so on. In 1 hr interview they ask randomly about my tech background, different situations handled, way of learning, dealing with problems and so on, very open question, somehow my answers were not acceptable for them, I got response later saying my answers very quite vague. Thankfully I did not reach to coding test to spend even more time with them
