I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva Canada (Oakville, ON)

Interview process was quick. Had an in person interview within a week after which HR called me in 2 days to ask some administrative questions. Overall within 2 weeks I had a job offer from the company however the compensation package was much lower than the industry average. $58k was offered for someone with over 5 years of experience as a claims adjuster.
