it took around an hour and it was related to get to know your experience in related positions regarding the customer service area of an industry that you had work for in your past 5 years: It can be within Hotel industry, Customer Service industry of a company, Receptionist, or any role related to a Customer Service functions based into provide an standard level. Additionally regarding to your educational background it's important to show your level of english, as the offitial language within the office is the english language.
